David and Cindy Crim have been serving in the Philippines and IBC Manila since January 2011. David served as Interim Pastor from January 2011 to December 2012. In January 2013, The church called him to be the Senior Pastor. While serving as Interim and Senior Pastor, David has also coordinated the mission strategy of the Two-Thirds World Network, a missions network headquarted in Maui, Hawaii. Working alongside churches and conventions in the Philippines, the Crims, along with a team of workers from Hawaii and IBC Manila, train pastors and leaders, strengthen churches, and plant new disciple-making churches in the Philippines and other locations in Southeast Asia.
The Crims met at the Oklahoma Baptist University in the U.S. Immediately following their marriage i n July 1977, they began serving the Lord together in churches in Oklahoma, Texas, Mississipp, Missouri, Wyoming and Hawaii in the U.S. David completed his seminary degree at the Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri, and is currently completing a doctorate in missiology at the Malaysian Baptist Theological Seminary in Penang, Malaysia.
David also served as Editor-in-Chief of Collegiate Resources at LifeWay Christian Resources in Nashville , Tennessee, from 1999-2007. He is also a published writer, having authored Bible study curriculum, commentaries, and magazine and journal articles.
Cindy has a degree in elementary education, and taught school in Oklahoma, Missouri, Wyoming and Tennessee.
The Crims have two married daughters and four grandchildren, living in the States.
